This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure; and
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
120 Night Risk-Free Trial (Change of Mind)
We offer a voluntary 120 Night Risk-Free Trial to give you peace of mind.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 120 nights of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
- Your return request must be submitted within 120 nights of delivery.
- Once approved, the item must be returned within 14 days.
- The product must be returned in reasonable condition with all components included.
- Damage caused by misuse, intentional damage, or missing components may result in the return being refused under this voluntary trial.
This 120-night trial is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping Costs
Australian Orders
We cover return shipping costs for approved 120-night trial returns within Australia.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international 120-night trial returns.
Faulty or ACL Claims
If your return relates to a product fault or a failure under Australian Consumer Law:
- You may be required to initially cover return postage.
- If your claim is valid, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will process the return within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
If the original payment method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative refund method.
You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers faults arising from normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or neglect
- Use of incompatible charging cables
- Unauthorised modification or tampering
- Damage caused by failure to follow instructions
If a fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product; or
- Provide a refund.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Products Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
