Material

SleepMate is made from ABS plastic with a soft-touch matt finish. It's durable, lightweight, and built to handle the everyday reality of a child's room — knock-resistant and easy to wipe clean.

All materials used in SleepMate are non-toxic and child-safe. The device does not contain BPA, phthalates, or other harmful substances. The LED lighting system runs cool to the touch and is safe to leave on overnight.

Care Instructions

To keep your SleepMate in great condition:

Wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or use cleaning sprays directly on the device.

Keep away from excessive moisture.

Charge using the included USB-C cable only. Store in a dry location when not in use.

Do not place in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may affect the casing over time.

The speaker can be gently dusted with a dry soft brush or dry cloth to keep sound quality clear.

For warranty claims, SleepMate is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device develops a fault under normal use within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
